Berlina Gets The Award As The Highest Ranking Land Value City in UIT.

Sunday 1335 pm- Thousands of land owners and property buyers gathered up at the Berlina Convention Center to get more infomation on the latest info about the land value hike and a speech by the Mayor of Berlina City.Mayor Klaus Merkella announced that Berlina lands value has gone up twice due to the improving economy situation and because of its attraction towards foreign investors to open up new business opportunities here.Destiny's President,Blue Lightning (Vince) was in Berlina days back and he was informed that the price and value of the Destiny's Embassy phase/lot can buy you 3 times the Berlina's TV Tower.This event is one of the best events ever discovered by the nation.



The Destiny's Embassy is now among the most valuable buildings in Berlina City and UIT.



The Cathedral Of St.Karll now doubles its current land value.



The Muggelsee Central Market,located in the city center,is now among the most highest valued market property in the world.

Update: The Q Signatures Marina Island.

Hey there!,well Im back here to bring good news about the Q Marina Island.The Q Marina Island is finally completed after a 2 year hiatus during the 2005 credit crunch and today it holds the title of the worlds 3rd biggest man made marina and the biggest in the European Union.The Marina Island was a idea from the late Sir Brezcha Sabinsky which was the head of president in the Tourism Department.The island was planned to house 50 000 people upon completion and now it is a dream come true for every citizen in United Islands Of Territories and the goverment.

Today it is a major tourist attraction and 98% of its houses,condos,duplexes and penthouses were sold out

Q Signatures Island, Sunday 1200 pm- Developers,Architects,Consultants and Site Construction Workers celebrated upon the completion of Phase 2.Phase 2 is now house to more than 40 000 people when thier newly completed condominiums,penthouses,suites and duplexes were fully completed and has gained a permit to move in.President of United Islands Of Territories congratulate the developers and workers to make this project a dream come true.Now Phase 1 is still uncomplete and its scheduled to be completed before 2010.Phase 1 will house the next tallest 5 towers of UIT upon completion.
